Still-Life Course
By the end of the 6-day course, you will know how to draw in proportion accurately, how to mix realistic colors, and how to paint while protecting your color and value. The lessons in this course are all about learning good painting habits and unlearning bad ones.
In this class, you will draw your still life, prepare your palette of color, and apply paint to your canvas while I offer guidance and instruction as needed.
Nothing I teach in this course requires any experience or natural ability at all, so don’t feel intimidated — I can teach anyone to paint! These still lifes were painted by students in previous classes:
The total cost of the course is $3,500 (USD), which includes all the art supplies you will be using. You will be the only student in my studio for the duration of the course.
